Play For Goals is proudly partnering with Operation Smile Philippines as an option for football players around the world to donate towards. As always, these donations are pledged by goals scored in competition and are accumulated throughout the playing season. Players can choose the social enterprises that they want to donate towards from our list of partnering organizations.
Operation Smile is an international medical charity whose global network of thousands of credentialed medical volunteers from more than 80 countries is dedicated to helping improve the health and lives of children from more than 60 countries. It has provided more than 220,000 free surgical procedures for children and young adults born with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities. To build long-term sufficiency in resource poor environments, Operation Smile trains doctors and local medical professionals in its partner countries so that they’re empowered to treat their local communities. It also donates medical equipment and supplies and provides year-round medical treatments through its worldwide cleft care centers.
